In order to increase your chances of securing the right
loan answer the following questions:
- Does your FICO score fall below

charge offs, tax liens, repossessions, child support?
- Past bankruptcies are usually not a problem unless
of the following is true:
a. Have you filed for bankruptcy
more that once?
b. Have you filed for bankruptcy
within last 24 months?
c. Do you have any open or
unpaid accounts after the bankruptcy
(collections,
charge offs, tax liens, child support, etc)
- Do you have 24 months of established installment
credit (home loans, car loans, recreational loans,
motorcycle loan, signature bank loans, etc)?
Note: credit cards are not considered installment
credit.
- Does your monthly Debt to Income ratio currently
exceed 40%?
